Applications:

DSP series screen printing spot uv production line is composed of auto swing cylinder screen printing machine, UV dryer and sheet stacker. The line is used not only for spot UV varnishing, but also for printing using different types of UV inks. This will allow printer to have print effect of dull polishing, wrinkle, snow, crystal reflection, bubble and so on.

Features:

Swing cylinder screen printing machine

¨         The machine is equipped with Mitsubishi frequency inverter and PLC, which control running of whole machine.

¨         Auto running monitoring and checking to ensure good accuracy of less than 0.10mm.

¨         Full and fresh ink layer is up to 30-40mm after print, which present high 3D feeling and hard-coating.

¨         Auto feeding give two feeding options: overlapping feeding and interval feeding. These two ways are interchangeable as per real printing substrate

¨         Delivery table of printing machine can be turned down by 90 degree for easy cleaning of printing frame

¨         Easy loading and unloading of printing frame. Position of printing frame is possible to have micro adjustment.

UV dryer

¨         The dryer is widely used for drying UV ink printed on paper, PCB, PEC and nameplate of instrument printings etc.

¨         It uses special wavelength to solidify the UV ink. Through this reacting, it can give the printing surface high hardness, brightness, anti-attrition and anti-solvent features.

¨         The conveying belt is made of TEFLON imported from American; it can endure high temperature, attrition and radiation.

¨         The stepless speed-adjusting device makes driving more steadily. It can be available to many printing modes whatever handwork, semi-automatic and high-speed automatic printing.

¨         Though two sets of air-blower system, the paper can adhere to the belt firmly;

¨         The machine can work in many modes: single-lamp, multi-lamps or half-power solidifying etc. which can save electric power and extend the lamps life.

¨         The machine has stretching device and automatic rectifying device. They can be adjusted easily

Sheet stacker

¨         DYS-1020 Sheet Stacker is accessorial equipment to automatic cylinder screen printing machine. It is used to collect and pile paper which can improve your product efficiency.

¨         This machine is made up of input-bracket mechanism, pushing-paper mechanism, piling-board up-down mechanism and electric control system.

¨         Input-bracket mechanism contains conveying belts and blowing device. The conveying belts are drove by motor, which speed is adjusted by transducer. The blowing device is used to blow-up the paper to move a distance after the paper leave from the belt. The paper will continue to go ahead by the airflow. Then the blowing is shut off, the paper drop down to the piling-board.

¨         The pushing mechanism is drove by pneumatic cylinder. The position of the cylinder is adjusted easily, so as to suit for different size paper.

¨         Piling-board up-down mechanism is drove by four synchro chains from electromagnetic motor. The board can be stopped accurately with a certain level;

¨         Electric control system is controlled by PLC. The system is convenient and safety.
